Mahabandha (महाबंध)
Sit in Ardha Padmasana with your hands relaxed on your knees. Your spine and head are aligned. Your eyes are closed. Inhale slowly and deeply and then exhale forcefully and completely through your nose. Hold your breath.
Perform Mulabandha, Uddiyana Bandha, and Jalandhara Bandha. Pull your shoulders up. Remain in this position for 10 seconds. Relax your shoulders. Loosen Uddiyana Bandha, Jalandhara Bandha, and Mulabandha. Lift your head. Inhale slowly and deeply.
