Yoni Trataka Dharana
Yoni Trataka (योनि त्राटक). The ancient Tantrics basically stared at everything in nature—leaves, sky, sun, darkness, candlelights—Bhuta Bahir Trataka Dharana (भूत बहिर त्राटक धारणा). The left-handed Tantrics also used the female sexual organ—the Yoni (योनि)—for obvious reasons, as it is through this that human life is born.
